Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-7 working days.
Some products may occasionally run out of stock. We will make a refund if we do not anticipate restocking soon. We seek your kind patience as we handcraft these sacred magical items and process the orders in the best possible manner.
Local Shipping (Singapore)
We provide standard local shipping at a flat rate of S$6 for orders under 30kg. For orders 30kg and above, the rate will be S$12 onwards.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. The rates are calculated during checkout. The customer may choose to ship either via sea or air.
It is the responsibility of the customer prior to purchase to ensure your country permits the import of the products.
All shipping rates shown do not include any customs and import taxes and duties. All taxes and duties imposed during or after shipping are to be borne by the customer. The customer may find out more from their local customs office for information on import regulations.
Any delay in shipping is beyond our control. Therefore, the delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed.
